Sigurisht q\u00eb Zoti yt \u00ebsht\u00eb i shpejt\u00eb n\u00eb d\u00ebnim, por, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, \u00a0Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe Fal\u00ebs e M\u00ebshir\u00ebplot\u00eb.\u201d<\/i><\/b><b><i> (<\/i><\/b> En\u2019am: 165.)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Si rezultat i k\u00ebtij ligji, n\u00eb mesin e njer\u00ebzve ka t\u00eb pasur dhe t\u00eb varf\u00ebr, t\u00eb ngritur dhe t\u00eb ul\u00ebt. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak Allahu solli sheriatin e Tij, q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb inkurajues ndaj njer\u00ebzve p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, q\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebshirsh\u00ebm, bamir\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb hapur shum\u00eb dyer t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb hajrit, q\u00eb n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e rasteve nuk kan\u00eb kompensim material n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb pos shp\u00ebrblimit q\u00eb Zoti ka rezervuar p\u00ebr rob\u00ebrit \u00a0e Tij t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse k\u00ebto vlera nuk merren parasysh, at\u00ebher\u00eb do t\u00eb rrezikohet siguria e njer\u00ebzve, do t\u00eb devijoj\u00eb morali i tyre, do t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapet frika, ngase kur i urituri sheh se tjetri po ngop barkun, kjo ngjall armiq\u00ebsi dhe hakmarrje n\u00eb marrjen e pasuris\u00eb s\u00eb tij apo veprime t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar pasuri.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse t\u00eb varfrit shtohen dhe t\u00eb pasurit uzurpojn\u00eb pasurin\u00eb p\u00ebrmes rrug\u00ebve legjitime apo jolegjitime, shtohet ndenja e hakmarrjes dhe at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk ka t\u00eb varf\u00ebr q\u00eb ngopet, por as t\u00eb pasur q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i sigurt. As jet\u00ebs nuk i mbetet m\u00eb vler\u00eb n\u00ebse njer\u00ebzit b\u00ebhen t\u00eb till\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sheriati i Zotit \u00e7do her\u00eb i mbyll dyert t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb rrezikojn\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, duke ndaluar kamat\u00ebn, ryshfetin dhe keqp\u00ebrdorimet e tjera q\u00eb d\u00ebmtojn\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb. Duke pasur n\u00eb fokus individin dhe shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb trazira apo d\u00ebmtim shpirt\u00ebror dhe trupor, sheriati hapi dyert e inkurajimit p\u00ebr bamir\u00ebsi t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb shp\u00ebrblime pa mas\u00eb p\u00ebr njeriun n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb dhe n\u00eb bot\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, q\u00eb k\u00ebto t\u00eb mira t\u2019i shoh\u00eb n\u00eb veten e tij, familjen dhe pasurin\u00eb e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00ebra nd\u00ebr dyert e hajrit q\u00eb Islami ka hapur p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar njer\u00ebzit nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, por q\u00eb koh\u00ebt e fundit ka filluar gradualisht t\u00eb mbyllet, \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebnia e borxhit, shtyrja e afatit p\u00ebr borxhliun dhe shlyerja e borxhit. K\u00ebt\u00eb vler\u00eb feja jon\u00eb e promovon dhe e ngre aq lart, saq\u00eb ajeti m\u00eb i gjat\u00eb n\u00eb Kur\u2019an i kushtohet k\u00ebsaj vlere, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn shumica e njer\u00ebzve jan\u00eb n\u00eb gaflet p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrblimin q\u00eb ka, por kjo vjen edhe si rezultat i nj\u00eb pjese njer\u00ebzish q\u00eb nuk e kthejn\u00eb borxhin. P\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb vjen:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>frik\u00ebsimi i njer\u00ebzve p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos dh\u00ebn\u00eb borxh duke par\u00eb se at\u00eb q\u00eb jep, nuk mund ta marr\u00eb m\u00eb;<\/li>\n<li>privimi i njer\u00ebzve bamir\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019i ndihmuar nevojtar\u00ebt;<\/li>\n<li>privimi i njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar nga kjo vler\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb mbarojn\u00eb hallet e tyre;<\/li>\n<li>shfaqja e dukurive negative n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, si: kamata, vjedhja, ryshfeti etj.;<\/li>\n<li>shnd\u00ebrrimi i vler\u00ebs (dh\u00ebnies borxh) n\u00eb antivler\u00eb etj.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>V\u00ebllez\u00ebr t\u00eb nderuar!<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7udi q\u00eb feja jon\u00eb flet p\u00ebr borxhin duke sjell\u00eb nj\u00eb faqe t\u00eb Kur\u2019anit p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar etik\u00ebn dhe normat, dispozitat e borxhit huadh\u00ebn\u00ebsit dhe huamarr\u00ebsit, ngase Islami shpeshher\u00eb flet edhe p\u00ebr gj\u00ebra dyt\u00ebsore q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve .<\/p>\n<p>Islami borxhin e konsideron si nj\u00eb akt solidariteti, akt humanitar. Ajeti i borxhit fillon me \u201cO ju besimtar\u00eb\u201d dhe k\u00ebtu Zoti na th\u00ebrret dhe na t\u00ebrheq v\u00ebmendjen, duke trokitur n\u00eb besimin ton\u00eb, q\u00eb huamarr\u00ebsi ta ket\u00eb parasysh k\u00ebt\u00eb thirrje hyjnore dhe pas k\u00ebsaj t\u00eb mos luaj\u00eb me pasurin\u00eb dhe ndenj\u00ebn e huadh\u00ebn\u00ebsit, duke vonuar borxhin nga afati i caktuar apo duke mos e kthyer fare. Dhe n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr inkurajon huadh\u00ebn\u00ebsin q\u00eb t\u00eb mos e l\u00ebshoj\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar k\u00ebto shp\u00ebrblime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, t\u00eb cilat na i ka garantuar Pejgamberi sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem.<\/p>\n<p>Feja islame borxhin e krahason me sadakan\u00eb. Pejgamberi sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: <i>\u201d\u00c7do borxh \u00ebsht\u00eb sadaka (l\u00ebmosh\u00eb).\u201d<\/i> \u00a0Sh\u00ebnon Taberaniu,<\/p>\n<p>Islami borxhin e llogarit si adhurim p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cilit besimtari fiton shp\u00ebrblim n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb dhe n\u00eb bot\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem ka th\u00ebn\u00eb:<i>\u201cKush ia leht\u00ebson v\u00ebllait t\u00eb tij nj\u00eb hall n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb, Allahu do t\u2019ia leht\u00ebsoj\u00eb hallet n\u00eb Dit\u00ebn e Kiametit.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Transmetohet nga Ebu Katade se ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cE kam d\u00ebgjuar t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarin <i>sal-lAllahu alejhi ve sel-lem <\/i>duke th\u00ebn\u00eb: <i>\u201cAi q\u00eb ia leht\u00ebson borxhliut apo ia fal borxhin, n\u00eb Dit\u00ebn e Gjykimit do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00ebn hijen e Arshit.<\/i>\u201d\u201cMusned Ahmed\u201d, vl. V, f. 308; \u201cSahih Muslim\u201d, nr.1563. Tirmidhiu thot\u00eb se ky hadith \u00ebsht\u00eb <b>hasenu sahih.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>V\u00ebllez\u00ebr besimtar\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>Ajeti \u00a0kur\u2019anor q\u00eb flet mbi borxhin ashtu si\u00e7 fillon me \u201co ju besimtar\u00eb\u201d, p\u00ebrfundon me \u201cfrik\u00ebsojuni Allahut!\u201d. O ju huadh\u00ebn\u00ebs, frik\u00ebsojuni Allahut q\u00eb t\u2019i respektoni marr\u00ebveshjet, mos i shfryt\u00ebzoni t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb borxhit, duke e ngutur borxhliun p\u00ebr kthim, duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb presion borxhliut apo duke pasur p\u00ebrfitime t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb huadh\u00ebn\u00ebsi mund t\u2019i p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb borxhit.<\/p>\n<p>O huamarr\u00ebs, frik\u00ebsoju Allahut! N\u00ebse ke marr\u00eb borxh, ktheje at\u00eb sepse dijetar\u00ebt kan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se: \u201cborxhi \u00ebsht\u00eb derti i nat\u00ebs dhe turpi i dit\u00ebs\u201d. D\u00ebgjo dhe merr m\u00ebsim nga k\u00ebto hadithe q\u00eb do t\u00eb shpalos p\u00ebr ty.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Transmeton Ebu Hurejra r.a. se Pejgamberi sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201c<i>Vonesa n\u00eb kthimin e borxhit nga i pasuri \u00ebsht\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi\u2026\u201d <\/i>\u201cSahih Buhari\u201d, nr. 2400; \u201cSahih Muslim\u201d, nr. 1564<\/li>\n<li>Pejgamberi sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem kur falte namaz, shpeshher\u00eb thoshte: \u201c<i>O Zoti yn\u00eb, k\u00ebrkoj mbrojtjen T\u00ebnde nga m\u00ebkati dhe borxhi!\u201d <\/i>Kur e pyet\u00ebn pse k\u00ebrkon shpesh mbrojtjen e Zotit nga borxhi, ai tha: \u201c<i>Ai q\u00eb ka borxh, g\u00ebnjen dhe i thyen premtimet.\u201d<\/i>\u201cSahih Buhari\u201d, nr. 2397; \u201cSahih Muslim, nr. 589.<\/li>\n<li>Gjat\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb Pejgamberit sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem ndodhi nj\u00eb rast vdekjeje dhe ai nuk e fali namazin e xhenazes s\u00eb nj\u00eb personi i cili kishte borxh.\u00a0 Nga Ebu Seleme transmetohet: \u201cI shkova p\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb vdekur dhe ai tha: \u201c<i>A ka borxh?\u201d \u00a0<\/i>Njer\u00ebzit than\u00eb: \u201cPo, dy dinar\u00eb.\u201d Ai tha: \u201c<i>Faleni ju namazin e xhenazes s\u00eb shokut tuaj!\u201d \u00a0<\/i>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb \u00a0Ebu Katade el Ensari r.a. i tha: \u00a0\u201cI shlyej un\u00eb ato, o i D\u00ebrguar i Allahut\u201d. E pastaj i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut ia fali xhenazen.\u201d\u00a0\u201cSahih Buhari\u201d, nr. 2295; \u201cSahih Muslim\u201d, nr. 1619.<\/li>\n<li>Pejgamberi sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem thot\u00eb:<i>\u201cKush merr borxh prej njer\u00ebzve dhe d\u00ebshiron t`ua kthej\u00eb, Zoti do ta ndihmoj\u00eb ta kthej\u00eb. E kush merr borxh dhe nuk ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim ta kthej\u00eb, Zoti do ta shkat\u00ebrroj\u00eb.\u201d<\/i>\u201cSahih Buhari\u201d, \u00a0nr. 2387<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Sh\u00ebrimi<\/b><\/p>\n<p>V\u00ebllez\u00ebr t\u00eb nderuar!<\/p>\n<p>Borxhi nga nj\u00eb mir\u00ebsi dhe vler\u00eb e Islamit tani \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb dukuri sepse ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb japin, nuk japin nga frika se t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt nuk ua kthejn\u00eb dhe n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr shum\u00eb nevojtar\u00eb po mbesin viktim\u00eb e njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb pand\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt me sjelljet e tyre vler\u00ebn e kan\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb antivler\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por sh\u00ebrimin e k\u00ebsaj dukurie e shohim n\u00eb:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Kultur\u00ebn e shpenzimeve: <\/b>Duke u m\u00ebsuar njeriu se si t\u00eb shpenzoj\u00eb ngase sot jeta moderne ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb njeriut ia mund\u00ebson t\u00eb shpenzoj\u00eb shpeshher\u00eb duke mos e kontrolluar bilancin e t\u00eb hyrave dhe daljeve qofshin ato vjetore apo mujore.<\/li>\n<li><b>Fitimin hallall: <\/b>P\u00ebrfitimi jo hallall nuk ka bereqet dhe kjo b\u00ebn q\u00eb njeriu t\u00eb shpenzoj\u00eb para dhe t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb prej tyre.<\/li>\n<li><b>Dh\u00ebnien e zekatit<\/b>: Sikur sot musliman\u00ebt t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijesohen n\u00eb dh\u00ebnien e zekatit, kjo do t\u2019i mund\u00ebsonte shum\u00eb njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsi ta kthejn\u00eb borxhin me k\u00ebt\u00eb para t\u00eb lahet ky borxh.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a04) Vet\u00ebdijesimin e huamarr\u00ebsit mbi p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e borxhit:<\/b> Dijetar\u00ebt kan\u00eb \u00a0th\u00ebn\u00eb se: \u201cborxhi \u00ebsht\u00eb derti i nat\u00ebs e turpi i dit\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><b>5) Dua: <\/b>Ebu Seid el-Hudriu transmeton: \u201cNj\u00eb dit\u00eb Pejgamberi alejhi selam hyri n\u00eb xhami, ku pa Ebu Umamen dhe i tha: -O Ebu Umame, po t\u00eb shoh se po q\u00ebndron n\u00eb xhami edhe jasht\u00eb koh\u00ebve t\u00eb namazit, \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb me ty?! Ebu Umame i p\u00ebrgjigjet: -M\u00eb kan\u00eb kapluar gajlet dhe borxhet, ja Resulallah! At\u00ebher\u00eb Pejgamberi alejhi selam i tha: -A d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb t\u2019i m\u00ebsoj disa fjal\u00eb, q\u00eb kur t\u2019i thuash, Allahu t\u00eb t\u2019i largoj\u00eb gajlet e t\u00eb t\u2019i shpaguaj\u00eb borxhet?! Ai i tha: -Sigurisht, o i D\u00ebrguar!\u2019 At\u00ebher\u00eb Pejgamberi alejhi selam i tha: -Sa her\u00eb kur t\u00eb ngrihesh n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes e kur t\u00eb t\u00eb z\u00ebr\u00eb nata, thuaj: <i>O Zot, m\u00eb ruaj nga gajlet dhe pik\u00ebllimi, m\u00eb ruaj nga paaft\u00ebsia dhe dembelia, m\u00eb ruaj nga lig\u00ebshtia dhe koprracia (dor\u00ebshtr\u00ebngimi) dhe m\u00eb ruaj nga v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb, nga borxhet dhe nga n\u00ebp\u00ebrk\u00ebmbja e njer\u00ebzve!\u201d<\/i> M\u00eb von\u00eb, Ebu Umamja ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cK\u00ebt\u00eb e b\u00ebja vazhdimisht dhe Allahu m\u2019i largoi gajlet dhe borxhet.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Tregohet se Husejn bin Ali kishte par\u00eb nj\u00eb njeri t\u00eb pik\u00eblluar dhe duke qar\u00eb. Gjendja e k\u00ebtij personi e m\u00ebrziti, iu afrua dhe e pyeti: \u201dV\u00eblla, \u00e7far\u00eb ju ka shtyr\u00eb t\u00eb qani?\u201d Personi ia ktheu: \u201cJam fundosur n\u00eb borxhe dhe nuk kam mund\u00ebsi t\u2019i kthej.\u201d Husejn bin Ali i tha: \u201cMos ki merak se i laj un\u00eb.\u201d Personi i tha: Si ka mund\u00ebsi kur ato jan\u00eb shum\u00eb?\u201d Husejn bin Ali i tha: \u201cVallahi!
