Kur pat\u00ebn hyr\u00eb tek Ai dhe than\u00eb: &#8220;T\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndesim me paqe!&#8221; Ai tha: &#8220;Qofshi gjithnj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetur me paqe!&#8221; <\/strong>(E me vete tha):<strong> &#8220;Njer\u00ebz t\u00eb panjohur!&#8221; Dhe ai pa u v\u00ebrejtur shkoi te familja e vet dhe solli nj\u00eb vi\u00e7 t\u00eb majm\u00eb t\u00eb pjekur. At\u00eb ua afroi atyre e tha: &#8220;P\u00ebrse nuk po hani?&#8221;<\/strong><a name=\"_ftnref1\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi sal-lAllahu alehi ue selem thot\u00eb: \u201cKush beson n\u00eb Allahun dhe Dit\u00ebn e Gjykimit mos t\u2019i b\u00ebj\u00eb keq komshiut t\u00eb vet. Kush beson n\u00eb Allahun dhe Dit\u00ebn e Gjykimit le ta respektoj\u00eb mysafirin e vet. Kush beson n\u00eb Allahun dhe Dit\u00ebn e Gjykimit le t\u00eb flas\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn apo le t\u00eb hesht\u00eb.\u201d<a name=\"_ftnref2\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Islami e vetmja fe e p\u00ebrzgjedhur dhe e pranuar nga Allahu i Madh\u00ebruar \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrsosur n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha sferat e jet\u00ebs. Njeriu si nj\u00eb qenie sociale dhe nevoja e tij e natyrshme p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb ka qen\u00eb qysh nga krijimi i tij. Islami p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb nevoj\u00eb q\u00eb ndien njeriu solli dispozita dhe etika, duke vendosur baza dhe dispozita, q\u00eb t\u00eb ruhet kjo nevoj\u00eb njer\u00ebzore. Dijetar\u00ebt e hersh\u00ebm por edhe ata bashk\u00ebkohor\u00eb n\u00eb librat e tyre i kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb dispozitave t\u00eb gostis\u00eb dhe promovimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj etike tek musliman\u00ebt n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, por edhe tek jomusliman\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb shpalosur dhuntit\u00eb e\u00a0 Islamit. Duke u nisur nga natyra e rubrik\u00ebs s\u00eb fikhut ne do t\u00eb fokusohemi tek dispozitat dhe disa etika, q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me gostin\u00eb dhe rregullat e mysafirll\u00ebkut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dispozit\u00eb dhe etik\u00eb: Kush \u00ebsht\u00eb mysafir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mysafir konsiderohet \u00e7do njeri q\u00eb troket der\u00ebn e dikujt, q\u00eb ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr konak apo gosti. Mysafiri mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nga t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit, farefisi apo edhe njeri i huaj, q\u00eb nuk e kemi njohur m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sa dit\u00eb ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb mysafiri?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cMysafirll\u00ebku \u00ebsht\u00eb tre dit\u00eb, shp\u00ebrblimi i tij sa p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar nj\u00eb dit\u00eb dhe nat\u00eb<a name=\"_ftnref3\"><\/a>, nuk i lejohet burrit musliman q\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb tek v\u00ebllai i tij deri sa ai t\u00eb m\u00ebkatoj\u00eb. T\u00eb pranishmit i than\u00eb: E si m\u00ebkaton? Tha: \u201cQ\u00ebndron tek ai, e ai (nikoqiri) nuk ka \u00e7far\u00eb t\u2019i ofroj\u00eb.\u201d<a name=\"_ftnref4\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hadithi aludon se nuk i lejohet askujt t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb mysafir m\u00eb shum\u00eb se tre dit\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak se mysafiri mund ta vendos\u00eb n\u00eb pozit\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb nikoqirin, ose duke paragjykuar p\u00ebr mysafirin.<\/p>\n<p>Hatabiu ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: Nuk i lejohet mysafirit t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se tre dit\u00eb pa k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e nikoqirit, q\u00eb mos t\u00eb bie n\u00eb pozit\u00eb t\u00eb palakmueshme e ta humb\u00eb shp\u00ebrblimin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1)<\/strong><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>Respektimi i mysafirit \u00ebsht\u00eb detyrim:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Imam Neveviu Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, ka p\u00ebrmendur konsensus p\u00ebr gostin\u00eb dhe se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nga gj\u00ebrat e p\u00ebrforcuara q\u00eb ka sjell\u00eb Islami. Imam Neveviu m\u00eb pas ka sjell\u00eb mospajtimin e dijetar\u00ebve mes asaj, se a \u00ebsht\u00eb vaxhib (detyrim) apo sunet respektimi i mysafirit.<\/p>\n<p>Maliku, Shafiu dhe Ebu Hanife e shohin sunet e jo vaxhib respektimin<a name=\"_ftnref5\"><\/a> e mysafirit. Lejthi dhe imam Ahmedi thon\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb detyrim respektimi i mysafirit. Imam Ahmedi e ka lidhur k\u00ebt\u00eb me fshatar\u00ebt e jo me qytetar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2)<\/strong><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>P\u00ebrgjigjja e ftes\u00ebs:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kan\u00eb ardhur shum\u00eb hadithe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjigjen e ftes\u00ebs. Pejgamberi sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: T\u00eb drejtat e muslimanit ndaj muslimanit jan\u00eb pes\u00eb:&#8230; p\u00ebrgjigja e ftes\u00ebs&#8230;\u201d.<a name=\"_ftnref6\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Shumica e dijetar\u00ebve thon\u00eb se p\u00ebrgjigjja e ftes\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb mustehab (e p\u00eblqyeshme) p\u00ebrve\u00e7 ftesa p\u00ebr martes\u00eb, p\u00ebrgjigjja e saj \u00ebsht\u00eb vaxhib (detyrim). Pejgamberi sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cUshqimi m\u00eb i keq \u00ebsht\u00eb ushqimi i dasm\u00ebs ku ftohen n\u00eb te t\u00eb pasurit e lihen t\u00eb varfrit e kush nuk i p\u00ebrgjigjet ftes\u00ebs ka m\u00ebkatuar ndaj Allahut dhe t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Tij\u201d. <a name=\"_ftnref7\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Disa dijetar\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur kushte p\u00ebr prezantimin e k\u00ebtyre ftesave. Dijetari Muhamed Salih Uthejmin Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb ka p\u00ebrmendur k\u00ebto kushte:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>a) Q\u00eb ftuesi t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb prej atyre q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb distancohemi nga ai.<\/li>\n<li>b) Q\u00eb mos t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndonj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe<a name=\"_ftnref8\"><\/a> n\u00eb vendin e prezantimit. N\u00ebse ka mund\u00ebsi m\u00ebnjanimi i k\u00ebsaj t\u00eb keqeje detyrohet p\u00ebrgjigjja p\u00ebr dy shkaqe: P\u00ebrgjigjja e ftes\u00ebs dhe m\u00ebnjanimi i s\u00eb keqes. N\u00ebse nuk ka mund\u00ebsi m\u00ebnjanimi i s\u00eb keqes, at\u00ebher\u00eb prezantimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndaluar.<\/li>\n<li>c) Q\u00eb thirr\u00ebsi t\u00eb jet\u00eb musliman p\u00ebrndryshe nuk detyrohet p\u00ebrgjigjja.<\/li>\n<li>d) Q\u00eb t\u00eb fituarit e pasuris\u00eb mos t\u00eb jet\u00eb haram, ngase prezantimi t\u00eb mund\u00ebson ngr\u00ebnien e haramit; k\u00ebt\u00eb e thon\u00eb disa dijetar\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa grupi tjet\u00ebr thot\u00eb: Se m\u00ebkati \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb e jo p\u00ebr mysafirin, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 n\u00ebse n\u00eb esenc\u00eb e ka pasurin\u00eb haram, si alkooli, mishi i derrit etj.<\/li>\n<li>e) Q\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjja mos t\u00eb jet\u00eb shkaktare p\u00ebr t\u00eb anashkaluar ndonj\u00eb detyrim tjet\u00ebr, apo detyrim m\u00eb t\u00eb madh se vet\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjja e ftes\u00ebs.<\/li>\n<li>f) Q\u00eb ftesa mos t\u2019i shkaktoj\u00eb probleme, si p.sh.: nevoja p\u00ebr t\u00eb udh\u00ebtuar apo l\u00ebnia e familjes q\u00eb jan\u00eb nevojtar\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>g) Kur ftesa nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrcaktuar at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb detyrueshme p\u00ebrgjigjja si: T\u00eb b\u00ebhet thirrja nga ana e nikoqirit n\u00eb m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme pa p\u00ebrcaktim.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>3)<\/strong><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>P\u00eblqimi e p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetjes, ngroht\u00ebsis\u00eb ndaj mysafirit: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nga Ib\u00ebn Abasi Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur ndaj tij, na p\u00ebrcillet se ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cKur erdhi nj\u00eb delegacion i Abdul Kajsit tek Pejgamberi sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem i tha: \u201cMir\u00eb se vjen!\u201d. <a name=\"_ftnref9\"><\/a>Nuk ka dyshim se pritja e mysafirit me ngroht\u00ebsi dhe shprehje t\u00eb mira mbjell tek ai g\u00ebzim, i jep rehati dhe komoditet. Realiteti e d\u00ebshmon nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4)<\/strong><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>T\u00eb tepruarit n\u00eb mikpritjen e mysafirit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nuk ka nevoj\u00eb q\u00eb njeriu ta ngarkoj\u00eb veten shum\u00eb p\u00ebr mysafirin sa t\u2019i kaloj\u00eb kufijt\u00eb, ngase ngarkimi i tep\u00ebrt n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndaluar.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrcillet nga Enesi Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur ndaj tij, se ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cIshim tek Omeri, radijallahu anhu dhe tha: \u201cJemi ndaluar ta teprojm\u00eb (t\u00eb ngarkohemi tep\u00ebr)\u201d. <a name=\"_ftnref10\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nuk ka ndonj\u00eb rregull q\u00eb e p\u00ebrkufizon, se kur njeriu e tepron apo e ngarkon vet\u00ebn jasht\u00eb mase, por k\u00ebt\u00eb e p\u00ebrcakton tradita e rrethit ku ai jeton. N\u00ebse njeriu p\u00ebrgatit ushqim p\u00ebr mysafirin, q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i njohur n\u00eb at\u00eb vend t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitet deri n\u00eb at\u00eb mase ai ve\u00e7se e ka ngarkuar veten apo i ka tejkaluar kufijt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa ajo \u00e7far\u00eb ndodh sot n\u00eb gosti t\u00eb ndryshme, ku ajo m\u00eb shum\u00eb i p\u00ebrngjet nj\u00eb gare se sa lloje ushqimesh po sh\u00ebrbehen, se sa vet\u00eb q\u00ebllimi p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb ftuar mysafir\u00ebt e shumica e atij ushqimi m\u00eb pas hidhet, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb israfi (shp\u00ebrdorimi), q\u00eb jemi t\u00eb ndaluar ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5)<\/strong><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>Hyrja me leje dhe largimi pas ushqimit me leje:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Allahu i Madh\u00ebruar thot\u00eb: <strong>\u201cO ju q\u00eb besuat, mos hyni n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e Pejgamberit ndryshe vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse u lejohet p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb ngr\u00ebnie e duke mos pritur p\u00ebrgatitjen e saj, por kur t\u00eb thirreni, at\u00ebher\u00eb hyni, e kur t\u00eb jeni ushqyer, at\u00ebher\u00eb shp\u00ebrndahuni, duke mos hyr\u00eb n\u00eb bised\u00eb me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, v\u00ebrtet k\u00ebto <\/strong>(pritja, q\u00ebndrimi, biseda) <strong>e mundojn\u00eb Pejgamberin, por ai turp\u00ebrohet prej jush; Allahu nuk i turp\u00ebrohet realitetit.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Allahu i Madh\u00ebruar i ndaloi besimtar\u00ebt t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Pejgamberit sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem, pa lejen e tij. Dhe ky ndalim \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb besimtar\u00ebt, q\u00eb mos t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e besimtar\u00ebve pa lejen e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Imam Sheukani thot\u00eb: \u201cAllahu i ndaloi besimtar\u00ebt, q\u00eb t\u00eb hyn\u00eb n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Pejgamberit dhe kjo ndales\u00eb i p\u00ebrfshin t\u00eb gjith\u00eb. Dhe k\u00ebshtu njer\u00ebzit e respektuan etik\u00ebn hyjnore p\u00ebr ta, dhe nuk hynin m\u00eb pa leje derisa b\u00ebhej gati ushqimi e jo para se t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitej p\u00ebr ta pritur at\u00eb\u201d. <a name=\"_ftnref11\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb koh\u00ebn e injoranc\u00ebs ishte tradit\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb vinin n\u00eb gosti para se t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitej ushqimi shum\u00eb her\u00ebt duke e pritur at\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhej gati. K\u00ebt\u00eb ves Allahu e ndaloi. Pastaj Allahu i Madh\u00ebruar e sqaroi, se pasi t\u00eb hahet ushqimi duhet t\u00eb merret leje p\u00ebr t\u2019u larguar e mos t\u00eb zgjatet n\u00eb biseda, se kjo e r\u00ebndon nikoqirin, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 n\u00ebse nikoqiri e k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, apo kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb tradit\u00eb tek ai popull.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6)<\/strong><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>Dh\u00ebnia p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi atij q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i madh dhe an\u00ebs s\u00eb djatht\u00eb:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nikoqiri duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb parasysh, q\u00eb t\u2019i jap\u00eb p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi mysafirit m\u00eb t\u00eb shtyr\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00eb dhe me nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkujdesje m\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, ngase Pejgamberi sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem na ka inkurajuar p\u00ebr te . Pejgamberi sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem thot\u00eb: \u201cAi q\u00eb nuk i m\u00ebshiron t\u00eb vegjlit tan\u00eb dhe nuk i respekton t\u00eb rriturit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nga ne\u201d.<a name=\"_ftnref12\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>7)<\/strong><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>Lutja e mysafirit pas ushqimit p\u00ebr nikoqirin: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prej Sunetit t\u00eb Pejgamberit sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem, kur hante ushqim tek dikush b\u00ebnte dua p\u00ebr ta. Kumtohet nga Enesi: \u201cSe Pejgamberi sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem shkoi tek Sad ib\u00ebn Ubadeh pasi solli buk\u00eb dhe vaj Pejgamberi sal-lallahu alejhi ue selem h\u00ebngri dhe tha: \u201cB\u00ebfshin tek ju iftar agj\u00ebruesit. Ushqimin tuaj e h\u00ebng\u00ebrshin\u00a0 t\u00eb devotshmit dhe p\u00ebr ju b\u00ebfshin dua melaiket.\u201d<a name=\"_ftnref13\"><\/a> Disa dijetar\u00eb e kan\u00eb ve\u00e7uar vet\u00ebm tek ai i cili b\u00ebhet iftar e shumica jan\u00eb t\u00eb mendimit se \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme. Transmeton Abdullah ib\u00ebn Bus\u00ebr, se babai i tij kishte p\u00ebrgatitur ushqim p\u00ebr Pejgamberin sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem e thirri at\u00eb dhe ai sal-lallahu alejhi ue selem iu p\u00ebrgjigj. Kur e kreu ushqimin tha: \u201cO Zot fali ata, m\u00ebshiroji dhe begatoji n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb i ke furnizuar\u201d.<a name=\"_ftnref14\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>8)<\/strong><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>T\u00eb p\u00eblqyerit e p\u00ebrcjelljes s\u00eb mysafirit deri tek dera: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb plot\u00ebsimi i mir\u00ebpritjes dhe mir\u00ebsjellja me mysafirin, q\u00eb t\u00eb ndihet rehat, deri sa t\u00eb largohet nga sht\u00ebpia. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk kemi ndonj\u00eb hadith t\u00eb prer\u00eb, por kemi shum\u00eb gjurm\u00eb nga t\u00eb par\u00ebt tan\u00eb.
